Do Free plan links expire?

No. Free plan links do not expire automatically, but usage is limited to 30 active links per month.

Can I use custom domains on the Free plan?

Yes. The Free plan includes 1 custom domain so you can brand your short links from day one. Starter adds a second, Professional includes 10, and Business includes 50.

Does the Free plan include AI features?

Yes. AI is available on every plan including Free — 40 AI chat messages, 15 link suggestions, 10 analytics narratives, and 10 campaign health scores per month.

Is there a setup fee?

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any billing differences.

What happens to my links if I downgrade?

Your links will continue to work, but you'll lose access to premium features. Historical data is preserved and restored when you upgrade again.

What happens if I exceed my URL limit?

We notify you at 80% usage. We never delete your links or stop redirects. Simply upgrade anytime.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Yes! Save up to 37% when you pay annually. Simply toggle the billing option on the pricing page to see annual pricing.

Do you offer free trials?

Yes. Starter includes a 7-day trial, Professional and Business include a 14-day trial. No credit card required to start.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. If you cancel, your plan stays active through the current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) for all paid plans via Stripe. Invoicing is available for Business plan on request.

What's the difference between Starter and Professional?

When should I upgrade from Professional to Business?

Do you support teams and roles?

Yes. All paid plans support teams with role-based access. Starter includes 1 team with up to 3 members, Professional includes 5 teams with up to 15 members each, and Business includes 30 teams with up to 100 members each.

What counts as a link for my monthly quota?

Every short link you create counts toward your plan's monthly allowance, which resets at the start of each billing cycle. Deleting a link doesn't return quota for the current month, and your existing links always keep working.

Can I edit a destination link after creating a short link?

Yes, on paid plans you can update the destination of an existing short link without changing the short code.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can export link data and analytics in CSV format from the dashboard on paid plans.

Do QR codes expire?

QR codes follow the underlying short link. If the link is active, the QR works; if the link is paused or deleted, the QR stops working.

Can I customize QR codes with my logo?

Yes. Every plan — including Free — can customize QR colors, add a logo, and choose frame styles. Monthly QR generation limits vary by plan (Free 10, Starter 150, Professional 3,000, Business 10,000).

How many A/B test campaigns can I create?

Starter supports 3 A/B test campaigns. Professional supports 25 campaigns with 5 Auto-Optimize tests. Business supports 100 campaigns with 50 Auto-Optimize tests.

What is Auto-Optimize for A/B Testing?

Auto-Optimize uses AI to automatically adjust traffic distribution during A/B tests. Instead of sending 50/50 traffic throughout the test, it intelligently sends more visitors to better-performing variants in real-time — maximizing conversions while the test is still running. Requires conversion tracking via the trimy JS SDK. Available on Professional (5 tests) and Business (50 tests).

Does Auto-Optimize require manual start?

You start the A/B test, and Auto-Optimize will automatically shift traffic based on performance once enough data is collected.

What is Conversion Tracking?

Conversion tracking lets you measure the success of your A/B tests by tracking specific events (purchases, signups, downloads) from visitors who click your links. Starter includes 500 events/month, Professional includes 25,000 events/month, and Business includes 100,000 events/month.

Can I save UTM templates?

Yes. All plans include UTM templates with limits per plan; higher tiers support more saved templates.

Do UTMs work across custom domains?

Yes. UTM parameters are preserved regardless of the domain you use for the short link.

How are custom domains counted?

Do you issue SSL certificates automatically for custom domains?

What analytics do you provide?

We provide clicks, device breakdown, geo data, referrers, and time-series views. Higher plans include longer retention and more detail.

How long is analytics data retained?

Free retains 14 days, Starter 60 days, Professional 120 days, and Business 365 days (1 year) with full export capabilities.

Can I export detailed analytics?

Yes. All paid plans can export CSVs of link performance and analytics; Business offers the highest retention (365 days) and most comprehensive export options including audit logs.

How many links can I add to a Bio Page?

There's no limit — add as many links as you want to a bio page on any plan.

Do you support API keys and rotation?

Yes. You can create and revoke API keys from your account settings on paid plans.

Is there API rate limiting?

Yes. API calls are rate-limited per plan; exceeding limits will return 429 responses until the window resets or the plan is upgraded.

How are API limits enforced?

API requests per month are counted per organization. Requests above your plan's limit will be rejected until the next billing cycle.

Can I migrate from another provider?

Yes! We offer free migration assistance. Export your links and we'll help import them with click history preserved.
