How many teams can I create?

The number of teams you can own depends on your plan: Free (0), Starter (1), Professional (5), and Business (30). Each team has its own URL workspace, analytics, and member roster, so you can keep client work, campaigns, and internal projects fully separated.

What are the different team member roles?

trimy has four team roles: Viewer (read-only access), Member (can create and edit their own links), Admin (full link management and can invite/remove members), and Owner (all admin permissions plus can delete the team). Roles can be changed at any time by an admin or owner.

Can team members see each other's links?

Yes. By default, all team members can view all links within the team workspace. Admins and Owners can also edit and delete any link regardless of who created it. Viewers can see all links but cannot create or modify them.

How do team invitations work?

Admins and Owners can invite new members by email from the team settings page. Invitees receive an email with a secure accept link valid for 7 days. If they don't have a trimy account, they'll be prompted to create one before joining the team.

Can one user be in multiple teams?

Yes. A user can be a member of multiple teams simultaneously, each with a different role. For example, the same person can be an Owner on their personal team and a Member on a client's team. Switching between teams is instant from the team selector in the dashboard.

Is there an activity log for team actions?

Yes. Professional and Business plans include a team activity log that records URL creation, deletions, member changes, and role updates with timestamps. The log is retained for 30 days (Professional) or 90 days (Business), providing a full audit trail for compliance and collaboration.

What happens to team links when a member leaves?

Links created inside a team belong to the team, not the individual. When a member is removed or leaves, all their team links remain active and fully accessible to remaining team members. No links break, no analytics are lost.

Can I be in multiple teams at once?

Yes. A single trimy user can be a member of multiple teams simultaneously, with different roles in each. Your dashboard shows all teams you belong to, and you can switch context between them freely.

Can team members see each other's personal links?

No. Personal links (created outside of any team) are private to their creator. Team collaboration only applies to links created within a team workspace. Personal and team links are completely separate.

How do invitations work?

Who counts against the member limit — pending invites or active members?

Only active members count. Pending invitations that haven't been accepted don't consume a member slot. Once accepted, the new member counts against your plan's member limit.
